    摘要:

    以汽车起重机液压系统故障诊断为应用背景,研究并开发了一个基于二叉树和案例推理的液压故障诊断专家系统原型。为了克服传统故障树的缺陷、优化故障案例关键属性权重并有利于知识的表示和处理,该系统使用了最优二叉树技术、遗传算法和数据库技术,有效地提高了故障诊断的效率和正确率,改进了专家系统的开放性和可扩展性。实验结果表明,该方案的设计思想是合理的,实现方法是有效的。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the application background of fault diagnosis of hydraulic system in automobile crane, a prototype of a fault diagnosis expert system of hydraulic system based on binary fault tree and casebased reasoning was researched and developed. In order to overcome the defects of traditional fault tree, to optimize the weights of the key properties of cases and to make more beneficial to the representation and processing of knowledge, optimal binary tree technology, genetic algorithm and database technology were used by this system. The accurate rate and efficiency of fault diagnosis were increased effectively, and the scalability and openness of expert system were improved. Experiment result proves the reasonability of the design shceme and the validity of the implementation method.
