    摘要:

    采用TR200手持式粗糙度仪,测量硬质合金车刀后刀面,获取后刀面表面形貌的评定参数;利用Hertz接触模型和GW 模型构建车刀后刀面的接触模型,表征后刀面的表面形貌,并用数学软件MATLAB对测量数据进行分析处理,得到接触模型的变化规律。研究表明:随着工件与车刀后刀面高度基准平面之间距离的减少,实际接触的微凸体的个数呈线性增长,且增长的速率越来越快;与此同时,实际接触载荷和接触面积也相应地增加。

    Abstract:

    TR200 handheld roughness was used to measure the flank face of carbide turning tools,which can obtain the assessment parameters of surface topography of flank face.Hertz contact model and GW model were used to build turning tool flank face contact model and characterize the surface morphology of flank face,and mathematical software MATLAB was utilized to analyze and process the measured data,which can get the changing rule of the contact model.The research shows that with reducing the distance between the workpiece and the turning tool flank face height reference plane, the actual number of asperity contact linear growth, and the rate of growth faster and faster. Meanwhile, the actual contact load and contact area also increase correspondingly.
