The research object of the essay is 12 kW series of deepocean integrated hydraulic power souse.The influence of the splines mesh width to the transmission stress was discussed when the system exist parallel misalignment and angular misalignment.The results show that when the mesh width decreases to a certain value,the transmission stress will meet or exceed the allowable stress of the material because of the mesh surface being small.When the mesh width increases to a certain value,the stress of the splines local part will meet or exceed the allowable stress of the material.Therefore,there will be this mesh width which can make the spline transmission be the best condition when a certain misalignment is exist.
