The NC polishing technology on groove chamfer of aircraft hydraulic steering engine shell was studied. The technological equipments, polishing path and polishing parameters were discussed. Verified by experiment，the polishing method has good polishing effect, practicability and good controllability. It is suitable for enhancing the surface roughness of the groove chamfer.
