Abstract:The reliability of power steering gear is crucial as the active safety control element in modern automobile steering.The parameters of recirculating ball power steering gear wear test mainly include high temperature, variables, rotation rate and load.In test process, the torque and rotation rate of the input shaft and the load of output shaft needed to be monitored and controlled realtime, the curves of loadangel, torqueangel and oil pressureangel should be shown. In order to perform the recirculating ball power steering gear wear test normally, the hydraulic high temperature, variables and automated integration technology were adopted, the pump station for recirculating ball power steering gear wear test was designed and implemented.Debugging and testing show that the pump station can be used to realize the regulated functions of the recirculating ball power steering gear wear test.It also has the advantages of stable performance and reasonable cost.
