    摘要:

    喷雾射流冷却是一种极为有效的强化传热的方法,在工业生产中有着广泛的应用。以钢板为研究对象,采用扇形喷嘴对钢板分别进行了气、水的单相介质传热和气水两相介质传热的实验研究。在气压与水压比pa/pw≤20的条件范围内,详细讨论了液相流量和气相流量对钢板冷却速度的影响,并通过理论分析和实验数据说明了喷雾冷却速度的变化规律。

    Abstract:

    Spray cooling is an extremely effective method of heat transfer enhancement.There is a wide range of applications in industrial production.By taking the plate as the objects of study,two experiments of heat transfer have done. Fanshaped nozzle was used on plate separately for the singlephase heat transfer that air and water acted as working medium,and the twophase heat transfer that airwater acted as working medium.Base on the experimental condition of air and water pressures that pa/pw≤20,the influence of liquid flux and gas flux effect on steel plate cooing speed were discussed in detail.Through theoretical analysis and experimental data,the variation laws of spray cooling speed are explained.
