    摘要:

    根据某汽车增压器中分流叶轮的结构特点,分析出加工的难点和重点,并采用UG软件中非叶轮模块来编制分流叶轮加工程序,突破了UG叶轮模块编程的局限性,解决了分流叶轮五轴加工中存在的效率和精度较低等问题,提高了叶轮加工质量,并通过Vericut仿真和实物加工验证该方法具有较好的工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    According to the structure characteristics of a flow impeller in the automobile turbocharger, the emphasis and difficulties of processing were analyzed. The machining program of the flow impeller was programmed using non impeller module of UG software, the limitations of UG impeller module programming was broken through, the problem of the low efficiency and accuracy was solved, the machining quality of impeller was improved. Finally, this method was proved to have good application value by Vericut simulation and physical verification.
