    摘要:

    在磨削加工过程中,由于磨削区空气场的存在,阻碍大量的冷却液顺畅地进入磨削区,这将影响磨削热的排出,进而影响加工质量。为了提高磨削质量,就需要去认识和掌握磨削区里空气场的基本特性。采用数学仿真与模拟的方法,运用有限元仿真分析软件,对不同加工条件下的气流层进行仿真和模拟,从而得到了磨削区气流层的压力分布情况和气流速度分布情况。最后建立实验测试平台,测得磨削区的压力分布图。对比分析仿真和实验结果,总结出了气流层的压力与分布规律。

    Abstract:

    In the grinding process, the airflow field in grinding zone has influence on the quality of workpiece in machining, due to large amount of cooling fluid was blocked in the grinding zone running smoothly causing emission of grinding heat effected. In order to improve grinding quality, it is a must to find out and master the basic features of airflow field in grinding zone. By using mathematical simulation method, and using finite element simulation analysis software, the airflow was simulated under different machining conditions. Therefore the conditions of pressure distribution of airflow and airflow velocity in grinding zone were obtained. Finally established the experimental test platform, the pressure distribution contour in grinding zone was tested and obtained. Compared with the analysis of simulation and experimental results, the airflow pressure and distribution law are concluded. 
