Because the traditional diamond control system is the single control system, it will appear the phenomenon that management is complicated and the scattered data are not easy to handle with the increase in synthesis equipment.In view of this, the network control of decentralized diamond control system was designed. The network system consisted of workshop network based on server/client model and factory network based on Windows client/terminal server model. A new intelligent communication class was designed on the base of CSocket class to realize network communications. The results show that the network system is realized remote management and monitoring, the management level and production efficiency are improved.
