    摘要:

    机床主轴的回转精度是一项重要的精度指标,其影响因素多,作用规律复杂。根据主轴系统的结构特点,建立了一个主轴回转误差的综合模型,可以分析各项源误差对主轴回转精度的作用规律及叠加效应。以车床主轴为例,介绍了主轴回转误差的建模及分析方法,并通过软件编程实现了主轴回转中心轨迹的可视化。

    Abstract:

    The rotating accuracy of spindle on machine tool is an important accuracy parameter. It possesses many influence factors and complex action rule. According to the structure characteristic of spindle system, a general model for rotating error of spindle was established. By applying this model, the action rule and superimposing effect of which the source errors influenced rotating accuracy were analyzed. By making the lathe spindle as an example, the modeling and analyzing method for rotating error of spindle were introduced. Visualization of the trail of the rotating spindle center is realized by software programming.
