    摘要:

    在三维机加工艺〖BF〗KM3DCAPP_M〖BFQ〗系统的CAD/CAPP集成平台和对其输出文件进行分析基础上,实现了〖BF〗KM3DCAPP_M〖BFQ〗系统对UGCAM的集成。从CAPP输出的工艺文件中提取相关的加工信息,通过UG的二次开发函数将其映射到UGCAM模块中,自动产生刀具路径。主要研究了UG/CAM的数控编程,UG的二次开发接口函数,中间的数据文件的传输和保存,刀具库的设计和实现,复杂特征的加工集成实现,最后通过一个实例系统验证其可行性。

    Abstract:

    Threedimensional (3D) process planning for mechanical machining (〖BF〗KM3DCAPP_M〖BFQ〗 system) was aimed at integrating CAD/CAPP/CAM platform. Based on the analysis of the process file exported by the platform, the integration with UG/CAM on the 〖BF〗KM3DCAPP_M〖BFQ〗 system was integrated. The machining information, which will be mapped to UG/CAM module used of the secondary development functions, was extracted from the technological documents exported by CAPP. The tool path was automatically generated. UG/CAM numerical control (NC) programming was researched mainly, as well as for UG module of the secondary development functions, the transmission and conservation of intermediated data files, the designing and implementation of the tool library and the machining integrating complex features. A case is given to verify the feasibility of system at last.
