Abstract:In order to assess fetus of drilling PDC well bit sintering impregnation technology, 16 PDC well bits were designed, which manufacturing by different sintering temperature and heat preservation time. The mechanical properties of sintered impregnated fetus of PDC bits matrix organizational structure were tested and metal microstructure analysis was carried out,and combined with experimental results, the sintering temperature and time of heat preservation on PDC bit impregnation technology of the effects were analyzed.Test results show that at the sintering temperature of 1 180 ℃ and holding time for 95 min at the fetus sample, test results are achieved to optimal. Its specific mechanical property of parameters is for an average of hardness HRC 4733, impact toughness on average 920 J and average bending strength 59333 MPa, and its microstructure is in uniformity and complete in structure.
