Abstract:In electrochemical finishing,the flow field,of which uniformity and stability could directly effects the processing quality,works as the electric field vector.Taking the rotary body for example,the corresponding experimental platform base on the C620 lathe was built,the impact of the flow 〖BF〗field’s〖BFQ〗 establishing way on itsprocessing quality was discussed.By means of comparing the experimental data,it found that the establishing way of the flow field directly affects the processing quality and reasonable establishing way of the flow field can improve the quality of electrochemical finishing.
