    摘要:

    为开发界面友好、操作简便、功能丰富的新型磨加工主动量仪,采用VB与组态王混合编程方式开发新型磨加工主动量仪软件系统。对主动量仪软件系统的体系结构进行了详细的规划设计,对VB与组态王在混合编程中所做的工作进行了划分。利用组态王开发了主动测量控制器的人机交互界面;利用VB开发了高速数据采集、处理系统;利用Blockdde通信技术实现两款软件之间的实时数据交换。实验结果表明,混合编程技术在磨加工主动量仪的应用中取得了良好效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to develop a new grinding activemeasuring instrument with friendly interaction,easy operation and rich functionality,a new software system developed by hybrid programming with VB and Kingview was presented. Software architecture in general was designed and different work of VB and Kingview was divided in detail.Kingview was used to develop the humancomputer interfaces of grinding activemeasuring instrument;VB was used to develop the data acquiring and processing system.Data exchange between VB and Kingview was achieved by Block Dynamic Data Exchange protocol.Experiments show that hybrid programming technology performs well in the application of grinding activemeasuring instrument.
