Based on grinding conditions of the SMG series spherical grinding machine,grinding force,grinding lateral component of forces and top pressing force of the typical spherical grinding machine were analyzed.Using the transient dynamics module of the ANSYS Workbench software,dynamic simulation was done for grinding lateral component of forces and top pressing force between the grinding head and the sphere.The correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified.It lays foundation for subsequent machine’〖KG-*2〗s overall layout and parts structure optimization
