    摘要:

    针对新型复合功率分流装置,对其湿式制动器的液压系统进行了设计,探讨了其位置伺服控制算法。考虑到液压系统的非线性特性,运用AMESim软件对其液压系统进行物理建模,使用Matlab软件搭建湿式制动器数学模型和增量PID压力控制策略模型,并进行了联合仿真。结果表明:所搭建的制动器液压系统模型是有效的,增量PID伺服控制策略具有较高的跟踪精度。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the novel composite power split device, the hydraulic system of its wet brake was designed. Its position servo control algorithm was discussed. By considering the characteristics of nonlinearity of hydraulic system, the AMESim software was used to establish physical model of the hydraulic system. Then the mathematical models of wet brakes were built and for the strategic models of incremental PID controller with using of Matlab software, and which were cosimulated. The results show that the model built of the hydraulic system is effective, and the accuracy of the incremental PID servo control strategy to track the trajectory of the brake piston is quite high.
