Abstract:The whole hydraulic beltbroken protection device is a beltbroken capture device with the core of hydraulic control system. Aimed at beltbroken protective device needing of the quick and smooth capturing feature, by optimizing pipeline parameters of the hydraulic control system, the performance of the protection device was improved. On basis of the theoretical analysis of the influence of pipeline on hydraulic characteristics, AMESim simulation software and beltbroken protective test bench were used for simulation analysis and experimental verification. The results show that pipe diameters have great impact on the capturing time and pressure peak value, and pipe lengths have less effect on the overall hydraulic system. The system has the highest overall efficiency when the diameter is 32 mm.
