Abstract:CNC rocker milling machine was installed with rotating Caxis and then the rocker shaft was used to make relatively fixed swing angle, then five axis machining based on head+table combination could be realized, so the scope of manufacturing process was expanded. But for the rocker milling with different Zaxis motion control method, the rules of its coordinate transformation algorithm were different. On the basis of a fixed angle five axis machining tool paths built by using MasterCAM,aiming at the machine structure mode of stretching control along the Zaxis, a postprocessing algorithm correction was conducted. And it was verified through multiaxis simulation system VERICUT.
