    摘要:

    介绍基于损伤力学和断裂力学结合的寿命预测模型,并应用于单体液压支柱的寿命预测。根据损伤力学基本连续损伤模型,将断裂力学帕里斯修正公式中应力替换,得到新的寿命预测模型。分析单体液压支柱恒阻工作的力学特性,根据强度理论和压杆稳定理论计算支柱受力极限理论值。建模优化模型,寻找最优材料损伤因子和应力幅,为寿命预测提供阈值。模型对支柱的损伤和预测具有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    The life prediction model based on damage mechanics and fracture mechanics integration is introduced, which applied to life prediction of a single hydraulic prop. According to the basic continuum damage mechanics model, the Paris modified formula fracture mechanics was replaced to get a new life prediction model. By analyzing mechanical properties of single hydraulic prop working in constant resistance state, the theoretical value of buckling force limits on pillars was calculated based on the theories of strength and pressing of the pillars. By modeling optimization model, the optimal material damage factor and stress amplitude were found, which provided a threshold value for the life prediction. The model has positive significance for the damage and forecasts of pillars.
