    摘要:

    刮削滚光加工是深孔加工的一种新方法,在油缸类零件加工中具有很大的应用潜力,采用3种形式的刮滚刀具分别对冷拔管和热轧管进行加工试验。结果表明,前两种刮滚刀具加工冷拔钢管时,油缸毛坯的弯曲度对加工缸筒孔径的直线度影响很大;而第3种刀具加工热轧管时,毛坯的弯曲度对加工缸筒的直线度影响很小,但是对出口偏斜有较大影响。

    Abstract:

    The skiving and rollerburnishing, which is a new method of deephole machining, has great application potential in the machining of cylinder parts. Three forms of skiving and rollerburnishing tools were used respectively in machining experiments on cool drawing pipes and hot rolled pipes. The results show that the bending of oil cylinder blank has great effect on the straightness of aperture of the machining cylinder when the first two tools were used to machine cool drawing pipes. While with the third tool machining hot rolled pipes, the bending has small effect on the straightness, but has a greater impact on the export deflection.
