    摘要:

    针对某企业实施MCIS项目时,机床PLC不能够直接和MCIS进行通讯的问题,提出了采用支持CCLink通信功能的小型可编程序控制器作为桥梁来实现两者的通讯。阐述了如何利用机床PLC扩展I/O板和欧姆龙CP1L型PLC完成数控机床 CCLink现场总线接口的设计。通过设计的控制电路和编写的PLC程序实现了机床PLC和MCIS通讯。运用该接口方案,实现了MCIS远程操作机床和采集机床状态信息的功能。经过客户现场测试,该接口方案满足MCIS项目要求,为MCIS项目的实施和制造业的信息化、网络化提供一条有效途径。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that machine PLC is not to be able to communicate directly with MCIS when an enterprise implement MCIS project, using small programmable logic controller which support control and communication link as a bridge to realize the communication was put forward.How to use the machine remote extended I/O board and Omron CP1L type PLC to complete CCLink field bus interface design of CNC machine was explained. The communication between machine PLC and MCIS was realized by control circuit and PLC program.MCIS remote operation machine and read status information of machine tool was realized by this information interface technology which meets the MCIS program requirements by test in customer field. It provides an effective way for MCIS project implementation and manufacturing industry information and networking.
