    摘要:

    从影响电火花小孔加工速度因素分析入手,研究了改变工作液电导率,从而改变了放电间隙,优化了排屑条件,促使电火花加工速度提高的理论。通过不同添加剂改变工作液电导率进行电火花小孔加工实验,与原有自来水工作液加工速度进行对比,发现工作液电导率与小孔加工速度有一定关系,存在工作液最佳电导率范围,所得结论对电火花小孔加工工作液配比有一定参考。

    Abstract:

    Started from the analysis on factors influencing the small hole electron discharge machining (EDM) processing speed, the change of working liquid conductivity so as to change the discharge gap and to optimize chips removal conditions, and the theory to improve the EDM at a high speed were researched. By small hole EDM experiment with different additives to change the working fluid conductivity, compared with the processing speed of the original running water working fluid, there is found a certain relationship between the working fluid conductivity and hole processing speed, that the best working fluid conductivity range is existed. The conclusion obtained on small hole of EDM machining working liquid ratio has certain reference significance. 
