    摘要:

    提出一种压力式电梯超载保护装置检测仪,由可调套管组、底板、万向水平仪、液压机构及悬架机构等部件组成,通过与电梯相关部件的联接,将液压机构产生的力施加到轿厢侧的绳头组上,以此模拟轿厢加载时绳头组的受力情况,在压力表上显示压力值,结合电梯自身参数及超载保护装置的动作情况等判断超载保护装置是否符合标准要求。给出了检测仪的设计原理、结构组成及具体的检测流程,并研制出了样机。试用结果表明:检测仪检测精度满足国家标准的要求,结构轻巧易携带,操作简单,代替了加载试验的方法,极大地降低了检测成本、劳动强度,检测效率大幅提高。

    Abstract:

    A pressure type testing equipment for lift overload protection device was presented, which included an adjustable casing suit, a bottom board, a universal level, a hydraulic mechanism, a suspension mechanism, etc. Through contacting with the related components of lift, the equipment passed the pressure produced by the hydraulic mechanism to the rope end suit on the side of car, to simulate the force of the rope end suit when the car was loaded, the pressure value was shown on the pressure gauge, to evaluate whether the device met the standards, with the consideration of the parameters of lift, the movements of the lift overload protection device. The design theory, structure, and specific testing procedure were described, and a prototype was manufactured. The trial result shows the testing accuracy of the testing equipment meets the national standards, with simple structure, easy to bring and operate, which can replace the loading testing method, the testing cost and labor intensity are reduced largely, the testing efficiency is improved.
