Abstract:A pressure type testing equipment for lift overload protection device was presented, which included an adjustable casing suit, a bottom board, a universal level, a hydraulic mechanism, a suspension mechanism, etc. Through contacting with the related components of lift, the equipment passed the pressure produced by the hydraulic mechanism to the rope end suit on the side of car, to simulate the force of the rope end suit when the car was loaded, the pressure value was shown on the pressure gauge, to evaluate whether the device met the standards, with the consideration of the parameters of lift, the movements of the lift overload protection device. The design theory, structure, and specific testing procedure were described, and a prototype was manufactured. The trial result shows the testing accuracy of the testing equipment meets the national standards, with simple structure, easy to bring and operate, which can replace the loading testing method, the testing cost and labor intensity are reduced largely, the testing efficiency is improved.
