The performance of servo control system directly affects the flight attitude and trajectory control accuracy of aircraft. The principle and structure characteristics of the direct drive electrohydraulic servo helm control system were introduced, and its modeling and simulation analysis were completed based on the AMESim platform。In order to meet the requirements of the dynamic response of the control system and the position error, a method of single neuron adaptive PID control was proposed. The simulation results show that the forward and reverse movemen performances of the electrohydraulic servo helm are stable, the response fast and the error is small, it can meet the requirements of the aircraft helms performance.
