Surplus force is the key factor which affects the control accuracy of passive Electrohydraulic load simulator. Based on the structural invariance principle of compensation method often contain high order differential element, and therefore its difficult to achieve. For this purpose, the composite control method was proposed which was composed of servo compensation and self adaptive fuzzy PID controller. Compared with surplus force, servo compensation has same frequency and opposite amplitude. Based on the traditional PID controller, self adaptive fuzzy PID controller could adjusted PID control parameters through online fuzzy algorithm. Simulation and experimental results show that compound control method has a simple structure, easy to achieve and it has good result to control surplus force.
