    摘要:

    多余力是影响被动式电液力负载模拟器控制精度的关键因素。传统的基于结构不变性原理的补偿方法,由于含有高阶微分环节因而较难实现。为此,提出了采用随动补偿环节和自适应模糊PID控制器的复合控制方法来抑制多余力。随动补偿环节是施加与多余力频率相同、幅值相反的信号。自适应模糊PID控制器在传统PID的基础上,加入模糊算法对PID控制参数进行在线修正。仿真分析与试验结果表明:复合控制方法结构简单、易实现,多余力抑制效果良好。

    Abstract:

    Surplus force is the key factor which affects the control accuracy of passive Electrohydraulic load simulator. Based on the structural invariance principle of compensation method often contain high order differential element, and therefore its difficult to achieve. For this purpose, the composite control method was proposed which was composed of servo compensation and self adaptive fuzzy PID controller. Compared with surplus force, servo compensation has same frequency and opposite amplitude. Based on the traditional PID controller, self adaptive fuzzy PID controller could adjusted PID control parameters through online fuzzy algorithm. Simulation and experimental results show that compound control method has a simple structure, easy to achieve and it has good result to control surplus force.
