    摘要:

    为了提高铸造砂型数控加工效率,采用短线合并和调整控制模式对加工路径进行优化, 并采用向后搜索和向前搜索相结合的方法进行微米级路径长度点的优化,建立了数控加工路径的优化模型,应用于大型复杂铸件砂型的加工,缩短了加工时间,提高了加工效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the NC machining efficiency of casting sand mold, shortterm merger and control mode adjustment were adopted to optimize machining path, and the micron grade point path length was optimized by combination of backward search method and forward search method.NC machining path optimization model was established.It was applied to the largescale complex casting sand mold processing, the processing time was shortened and the processing efficiency was improved.
