Abstract:In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the nolink engine crankshaft system, a multibody dynamics coupling model which consists of the nolink engine crankshaft system and EHL bearing was built based on RecurDyn. In addition, the dynamic characteristics analysis of engine crankshaft system and crankshaft stress analysis were analyzed, the EHL bearing was studied to get the main bearing load, the minimum oil film thickness and the maximum oil film pressure. Afterwards, compared with the results of crankshaft system multibody dynamics simulation without the oil film, it is concluded that the axis path of multibody dynamics coupling model,which consists of the nolink engine crankshaft system and EHL hydrodynamic lubrication has been closer to the actual system.
