    摘要:

    在我国冶金工业中,螺纹钢生产厂对螺纹钢线径的控制监测主要是采用人工检测控制法,即螺纹钢轧制离线后,在冷床上由工人用卡尺进行测量,这种方法是随机抽样检测,其精确度不高、速度慢、劳动强度大,且不能实时检测,无法及时掌控成品轧材规格尺寸和调整更换轧机轧辊,一旦发现超差则已有大批轧材超出了轧材控制范围,严重影响产品合格率和效益的提高。为此,提出了一种电容感应式螺纹钢线径在线监测系统及其检测方法,通过检测电容值实验对螺纹钢线径的测量,能够实现螺纹钢线径的高精度在线监测,从而提高螺纹钢成材率,且结构简单、设备维护成本低。

    Abstract:

    In the metallurgical industry in China, the manual testing and controlling method are mainly adopted to test and control the steel bars diameter in the manufacturer. They were measured under the cold condition by workers with calipers after steel bar rolling offline, but this method is a kind of random test, which is low in accuracy, slowfooted and has tremendously labor intensive, and it is not able to get a realtime inspection. The rolled products specification and dimension are not able to be controlled immediately, and the rolling mills roller is not able to be changed and adjusted in time. Once the defective items are found, a large quantity of rolled products has exceeded the control area already, which has strong impact on the qualification rate and improving of the efficiency. A method and online measurement system were proposed for the capacitanceinduction type of steel bar. In order to improve the steel bars qualified rate, to make the structure simple and to reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, the highprecision measurement of the steel bars diameter online can be implemented, through test experiment of capacitance in the measurement.
