Considering the occurrence of chatter and the flutter motion differential equation of the concentrated quality system, it was established that the dynamics model of the flutter suppression system with the quality of continuous distribution under the background of the problems of the chatter suppression. A new intelligent control method of the cutting chatter was provided. The intelligent control strategy of BP neural combined network with classical PID control was mainly studied and simulated,and the advantages of the control strategy were discussed. The result shows that the BP neural network PID control has the stronger adaptive ability based on the simulated data.
