It is difficult to ensure processing quality and the cutting tool is easy to damage,when antivibration cutting tool is used to turn blind hole of bell shaped parts. Based on the analysis of part structural and original processing problems, an effectively method to improve quality and reduce cost was presented via process optimization, designing a central jet PCD tool and a damping fixture and increasing capacity of cutting liquid pump. It is beneficial for precision machining of die casting aluminum alloy parts.
