    摘要:

    折弯机在折弯载荷作用下的变形直接影响折弯机的刚性,从而决定折弯机的折弯精度,而折弯载荷的确定是其中的关键问题。以某型数控折弯机为研究对象,采用SolidWorks 建立三维模型,利用DEFORM3D有限元分析软件对折弯过程进行仿真,计算表明滑块在主要承受竖直方向折弯力的同时,还受到板料对滑块的水平推力。将仿真计算得到的折弯力施加到折弯机的有限元模型,获得了折弯机的整体变形规律。为了验证折弯机有限元计算结果的正确性,对折弯机滑块的变形进行了实验测试,试验测试值与有限元计算值比较接近,为进一步完善和优化折弯机结构提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The rigidity of bending machine is directly affected by the deformation under the bending load,and then the bending accuracy of bending machine is determined, also,the determination of bending load is the key problem.By taken a certain type of computer numerical control (CNC) bending machine as the research object,a three dimensional (3D) model was established by using SOLIDWORKS software.The bending process was simulated with DEFORM3D finite element analysis (FEA) software.It was shown by calculation that the slider was not only bearing the vertical load of bending but also the horizontal thrust generated by sheet metal. The simulation calculation of the bending force was carried out in finite element model of bending machine,in the meantime, and the overall deformation law was obtained from the machine.The finite element calculation results were validated through experimental tests carried out on the deformation of bending machine slide.After comparison, the measured values with the experiments are close to the finite element calculation,and a theoretical basis was provided to further improve and optimize the bending machine structure.
