    摘要:

    针对内泄漏对转向系统的影响,建立了全液压转向系统的数学模型,并对内泄漏的位置、泄漏流体的流动状态进行理论分析,计算出内泄漏流量最大为474 mL/s;同时,搭建了全液压转向系统试验台,通过试验得出最大内泄漏流量为630 mL/s。理论计算试验结果表明,全液压转向器内泄漏是造成车轮转向不足的主要因素。

    Abstract:

    Focusd on the effects of internal leakage on steering system, the mathematical model of full hydraulic steering system was established. The location of internal leakage and the flow condition of the leakage fluid were analyzed theoretically, and the maximum flow of the internal leakage by calculation is 474 mL/s. At the same time, An experimental platform was built for the steering system, and the experiment was conducted to obtain the maximum flow of the internal leakage was 630 mL/s. The experimental results by theoretical calculation show that the internal leakage inside hydraulic power steering is the main factor casuing the problem of understeering of car wheels.
