The wheel dresser is a key component of grinding machine, its structure design should meet the dressing requirement, consideration should be given to replacing of the diamond roller, as well as general and function conditions. Considering the structure of wheel dresser and its use process, a fixed wheel dresser with diamond roller and molding roller was designed.In enhancing its function, full consideration was given to the issue of the replacement roller, and a reasonable scheme was presented.
