    摘要:

    影响机床大件螺栓固定装配质量的主要因素是装配应力的状态与分布,为此,提出了一种基于应变测试的装配应力测试方法,该方法无需破坏工件的表面。在对自由表面应力状态分析的基础上建立了三向应变花测试数据与表面主应变的关系,再根据胡克定理建立主应力的计算公式。以某机床厂的主轴箱与导轨滑块的螺栓装配为对象,研究了螺栓装配不同工艺下装配应力状态与分布,试验结果验证了文中所提出方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Assembly stress distribution and state are the main factor of the quality of largebolted joints in machine tool.Therefore,an assembly stress test method based on strain test is proposed.There was no need to damage the surface of the workpiece by this method.The relationship between the threedimensional (3D)rosette gauge test data and the surface principal strain was built up based on theanalysis of free surface stress state.Then according to Hooke’s law,the calculationformula of principal stress was established.By taking the spindle box and the guide rail slider bolt assembly of a machine tool plant as research objects,assembly stress distribution and state were researchedof different assembly process for bolt assembly.Theresults of this experiment validate the effectiveness of the presented method.
