润滑油层流稳定性的实验研究

    摘要:

    以自制高速可视化剪切黏度测试仪作为实验平台,以常见的两种润滑油作为实验介质,以轴承间隙油膜流动为研究对象。通过添加高分子添加剂,分析了分子量、浓度等对同心旋转圆柱间油膜层流失稳的影响,探讨了牛顿流体与聚合物稀溶液的层流稳定性能,提出了简单的有效黏度模型。结果表明:高分子添加剂有助于推迟层流失稳的出现。 

    Abstract:

    With homemade highspeed visualized shear viscosity test instrument as the experimental platform, taken common two kinds of lubricating oil as experimental material, the oil film in bearing clearance flow was researched as an object. By adding high polymer additive, the influence of layer loss in stability of molecular weight and concentration on concentric rotating cylindrical oil film was analyzed, and the laminar flow stability of Newton fluid and polymer dilute solution was discussed to put forward a model of simple effective viscosity. The results show that the polymer additive helps delay of the layer loss in stability to appear.
