Abstract:According to the principle of hydrodynamics and kinetics,mathematical model for a new type control rod drive line(CRDL) buffer process was established.With MATLAB software and the mathematical model,a simulation model for CRDL buffer was constructed.Adapting the simulation model,the simulation analysis for the CRDL hydraulic buffering dynamic charateristic was carried out.With the simulation analysis results ,reasonable structure parameters were selected.In order to verify the validity of the simulation model,a CRDL buffer for a nuclear power station was used as an example,and a simulation analysis for the CRDL buffer was carried out.According to the comparison result,CRDL buffer simulation results are close to the CRDL buffer test data,and the comparison verify that the simulation model is valid,and it can be used to select reasonable hydraulic buffer parameters.
