    摘要:

    以一种新型控制棒驱动线水力缓冲器为研究对象,根据流体力学及动力学的基本原理,建立驱动线缓冲器缓冲过程的数学模型。利用MATLAB计算软件及所建立的数学模型建立控制棒驱动线水力缓冲器的仿真模型,对控制棒驱动线水力缓冲动态特性进行仿真分析,并根据仿真结果优选出合理的结构参数。同时为验证建模思路及方法的正确性,以某一核电堆型控制棒驱动线作为比对对象,对其进行仿真建模及分析,并将仿真结果与试验实测值进行了对比验证。验证结果表明:驱动线水力缓冲特性仿真结果与试验数据一致性较好,仿真模型可用于指导水力缓冲参数的选取和优化。

    Abstract:

    According to the principle of hydrodynamics and kinetics,mathematical model for a new type control rod drive line(CRDL) buffer process was established.With MATLAB software and the mathematical model,a simulation model for CRDL buffer was constructed.Adapting the simulation model,the simulation analysis for the CRDL hydraulic buffering dynamic charateristic was carried out.With the simulation analysis results ,reasonable structure parameters were selected.In order to verify the validity of the simulation model,a CRDL buffer for a nuclear power station was used as an example,and a simulation analysis for the CRDL buffer was carried out.According to the comparison result,CRDL buffer simulation results are close to the CRDL buffer test data,and the comparison verify that the simulation model is valid,and it can be used to select reasonable hydraulic buffer parameters.
