    摘要:

    内高压成形过程中两侧缸位置同步控制问题,是内高压成形控制系统的关键技术之一。应用自主研制的多变量协调控制模拟试验平台进行仿真与试验研究,对侧缸位置控制系统建立数学模型,采用“同等+主从”控制方式,利用Simulink搭建该系统的PID控制仿真模型进行仿真,仿真结果证明了采用PID控制进行试验的可行性。在此基础上采用S7300 PLC作为主控制器,基于WinCC组态软件,进行单侧缸位置PID控制及两侧缸位置同步PID控制试验研究,试验结果表明:基于S7300 PLC的两侧缸位置同步PID控制系统,同步控制精度高、抗干扰能力强,能够满足内高压成形机位置同步系统控制要求,为S7300 PLC在内高压成形机控制系统上的实际应用提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Internal highpressure forming process on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder position synchronization control problem is one of the key technologies of internal high pressure forming control system.The simulation and experimental study was conducted in accordance with the multivariate coordinated control simulation test platform which was independently developed.The mathematical model was established on the side of cylinder position control system.By using the comprehensive control mode of "synchronous + masterslave",the PID controller simulation model of this system was built in the Simulink.The simulation results show the feasibility of the PID controller experiment.On this basis,the single cylinder PID position control experiment and both sides of cylinder position synchronous PID control experiment were conducted with S7300 PLC as the main controller and WinCC as the configuration software.The experimental results show that on both sides of the cylinder position synchronization control system based on S7300 PLC and PID controller,has a high accuracy of the synchronization control and strong antiinterference ability,which can meet the control requirements of the system and provide reference for the practical application of internal highpressure forming control system in this way.
