Abstract:Aimed at the selfdesigned multiannular grooves magnetorheological (MR) damper, the drop simulation and analysis platform of aircraft landing gear was established in the environment of Visual Studio to verify the performance of MR damper and the system characteristics under the circumstance of the drop. The platform was consist of the friendly manmachine interface (MMI) written by C# and the background core of magnetic circuit analysis for damper in ANSYS and kinematic & dynamic analysis for landing gear under a certain condition. The variation curves of displacement, speed, acceleration along with the time were obtained when the landing gear was in the drop process. The results show that the simualtion results of this platform are quite close to experimental results of drop, the operation of simulation platform is realistic and the simulation model is reasonabl, which shortens the development cycle of aircraft landing gear and reduces costs to some extent.
