    摘要:

    根据机床加工需要及液体静压轴承皮带轴的结构特点,选取了主轴支撑形式,计算了轴径大小,设计了迷宫冷却泄油机构,并计算了液体静压径向轴承和止推轴承的主要参数。利用软件CFX分析了液体静压径向轴承和止推轴承油垫压力场和流场的关系。结果表明:该设计是合理的,主轴的动、静态等各项性能均达到了要求,实际运转状况良好;主轴的径向跳动在0001~0001 5 mm之间,达到了径向跳动小于0002 mm的要求,改善了冷拉伸设备的机械性能。

    Abstract:

    According to the structural characteristics of the belt spindle of hydrostatic bearing and the requirements in machine tool processing, the form of support of spindle was selected. The diameter of spindle was calculated, the labyrinth oil cooling draining mechanism was designed, and the main parameters of the hydrostatic radial bearing and thrust bearing were calculated. The relationship between the pressure field and the flow field of oil washer of the hydrostatic radial bearing and thrust bearing were analyzed by using the software CFX. The results show that the design is reasonable, all the dynamic and static properties of the spindle are achieved as required, and the actual operation is good. The radial running of the spindle is between 0001~0001 5 mm, which meets the requirement of 0002 mm, so the mechanical properties of the cold drawing equipment are improved.
