Abstract:Field transportation is an indispensable part in the course of mechanical harvesting of sugarcane. According to the transportation requirements in sugarcane field after harvesting, the design plan of mechanism based on multistage lifting and synclifting was proposed to finish the design of heightlifting mechanism and dumpbodies of transportation vehicle which met requirements of transporting crops in the field. The results of stress analysis and simulation show that: the levers and cylinders are subjected to the maximum load at starting positions of lifting process, the maximum push of dumpbody’s cylinder is about 80 kN, the maximum pull of dumpbody’s lever is about 50 kN, the maximum push of Tsynclifting’s cylinder is about 73 kN, the maximum pull of Tsynclifting’s lever is about 52 kN, the maximum stress of liftingarm is 20015 MPa which is at the joint of the arm with the liftingframe. The research offers technical and theoretical basis for further designing and manufacturing heightlifting transportation vehicle for sugarcane field.
