    摘要:

    通过运用三坐标测量机对RV40E型速器摆线轮进行精密测量,得到摆线轮齿形坐标参数,对所得参数采用最小二乘法进行圆弧拟合,结合所得摆线轮齿形与摆线轮齿形计算方程得到的齿形,与经过精密测量的摆线轮实际齿形进行对比,分析圆弧拟合与齿形计算方程两种方法得到的齿形形貌特征。并通过试制摆线轮来验证其工作寿命及精度。结果表明:该摆线轮的工作寿命及精度均达标,且方程计算齿形更具有实用性。

    Abstract:

    A precise measurement was taken to the RV40E speed cycloidal gear by using a three coordinate machine. The coordinate parameter of the cycloidal gear was gained, which were taken arc fitting by using least square method, and combining the gained cycloidal tooth shape and the cycloidal tooth shape by calculation from the equation, whch were contrasted with the real tooth shape of the precise measured cycloid. The different tooth morphology characteristics gained by both methods of arc fitting and tooth shape calculation equations were analyzed. And the working life and accuracy were verified through a trial cycloid. The results show that the working life and the accuracy of the cycloidal wheel are all up to the standards, and the tooth shape calculated by equation is more practical.
