Abstract:With the increasing level of automation of rolling mill, the thickness of automatic control (Automatic Gauge Control, AGC) system must have precise control systems and highprecision pressure regulation system, so as to obtain high accuracy of the rolling thickness of the product. In order to master the regular pattern of thickness accuracy influenced by various factors, and to propose the corresponding appropriate solution measures, the whole rolling process was simulated and studied. The structural characteristics of the hydraulic AGC system were analyzed, the AMESim software was summarized, and the hydraulic AGC system was simulated based on using AMESim. A more indepth discussion of the influence of related parameters on the system is carried out, which has a certain reference value.
