    摘要:

    针对某型号航空柱塞泵的配流盘结构,分析柱塞泵流量脉动的产生机制,建立柱塞泵排油流量的数学模型。提出配流盘过渡区结构优化的方案,并应用MATLAB仿真优化前后的流量脉动。仿真结果验证了配流盘优化后的柱塞泵流量脉动幅值有明显降低,说明采用该优化方案对柱塞泵流量脉动有较好的抑制效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the valve plates structure in an aviation piston pump, the generating mechanism of flow fluctuation was analyzed. A mathematic model of the flow fluctuation was built. A scheme optimizing the structure of the valve plate transition zone was raised, and MATLAB was used to simulate the flow fluctuation before and after the optimization. The results verify the flow fluctuation of the optimized piston pump is decreased obviously, it is indicated the optimization scheme has a good inhibition effect in the flow fluctuation.
