    摘要:

    简要分析了现有轻型自动制孔系统的工作特点以及翼身对接下壁板装配制孔的作业需求,提出了一种基于串并联机构的翼身对接自动制孔系统。根据该系统制孔装置对对中和调姿的双重要求,设计了一种5自由度法向调姿机构;为实现对孔点外法矢在线检测,设计了一款由“一图像对中传感器和三个激光位移传感器”构成的法矢检测装置。通过对法向调姿机构的工作精度分析和应用实例的运动仿真,验证了该研究成果用于工程实践的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Based on briefly analyzing work characters of present lightweight automaticholemakingsystem and operational demands of aircraft wingtobody connection, a new holemaking system with serialparallel mechanism was proposed for generating holes in the suspended panel. According to the double requirements of center alignment and posture alignment, a normal posture alignment mechanism with five degrees of freedom was designed, then a detector for online measuring normal vector of the holes central line was developed which is composed of one image sensor and three laser displacement sensors. With the precision analysis and motion simulation of normal posture alignment mechanism, the research results applied to engineering practice was feasibly verified.
