    摘要:

    为了了解盾构机刀盘耐磨条在地质条件下的磨损机制,通过模拟砂层和岩石两种状态下的磨损实验,探明压力、速度和摩擦的关系,并通过耐磨条摩擦面微观形貌了解磨损机制。实验结果显示:摩擦力随压力增大而增大,速度对摩擦力影响不大;摩擦因数随速度增大而增加,但和压力关系不明显,而且摩擦因数随时间增加有减小趋势;耐磨条在砂层磨损不明显,磨损机制是连续磨损和轻微的二体颗粒磨损;耐磨条在岩石层磨损激烈,磨损机制主要是连续磨损和疲劳磨损,其次是颗粒磨损。实验结果和工程实际相符合。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand wear mechanism of wear strips on earth shield machine cutterhead under geological conditions, through wear experiment simulated under sand layer and rock states, the relationships were explored between pressure, speed and friction, and then wear mechanism was learned through friction surface morphology. Experimental results show that friction force increases with increasing of pressure, and speed has little effect on it. Coefficient of friction increases with increasing of speed, but no obvious relationship with pressure, and there is a decreasing trend of it with increasing of wear time. Wear of wear strips is not obvious in sand layer abrasion, and its wear mechanism is continuous wear and slight two particles wear. Wear of wear strips is intense in rock layers, and its wear mechanism is continuous wear and fatigue wear, followed by particles wear. The experimental results are consistent with actual engineering project.
