    摘要:

    为研究一种主动液压激振系统的振动特性,设计了基于管网激振的弹性板振动控制测试系统。采用三轴加速度传感器及信号采集卡对弹性板进行了振动测试,通过五点滑动平均法对振动信号进行了预处理并进行了FFT变换,采用最小二乘迭代法对弹性板空间方向振动的频响数据进行了试验模态参数的拟合及频域识别,为确定筛体的最佳振动频率提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to study vibration characteristics of an active hydraulic excitation system, a vibration control testing system of elastic plate based on pipeline network was designed. The vibration testing was carried out for elastic plate by using a three axis acceleration transducer and a signal acqusition card. Vibration signal was preprocessed by five-point slippage moving average method, and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) was carried out. By using the iterative method for least squares, numerical fitting and frequency domain identification were proceeded out for experimental modal parameter of vibration response in space direction of the elastic plate. So, it provides theoretical basis on how to determine the optimal vibration frequency of the vibrating screen.
