    摘要:

    为保护操作者的安全、防止切削液的外漏等,现代数控机床都安装了防护罩壳,这给现场在线监测的传感器布线、布点造成了困难。针对传统有线振动传感器在密闭防护罩壳内存在布线、布点困难和功耗高等问题,研制基于Android系统和CC2540单片机的无线振动测量仪。通过Android 系统和蓝牙实现了仪器的在线参数设置和无线传输、实时数据显示和存储功能,无线传输有效地解决了传感器布线问题。以CC2540单片机为控制核心的测量模块完成了信号预处理和采集,该单片机自带低功耗蓝牙模块与Android系统实现全双工通信并将数据存储在TF卡或者云空间内。实际测试表明:该仪器能实现对振动加速度信号的精确测量,并通过单片机内部自带低功耗蓝牙模块与Android手机准确到收发数据、存储数据,使用方便、操作简单,具有良好的应用前景,可为其他新型无线测量设备的开发提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to protect the safety of operators and to prevent leakage of cutting fluid, modern numercial control (NC) machine tool is all installed with protective cover, which makes difficulty for wiring and point allocation of sensors for online monitoring on site. Aiming at the existing problems of traditional online vibration sensor such as high power consumption, difficult in wiring and point allocation on the sealed protective cover, a wireless vibration instrument based on the Android system and CC2540 single chip microcomputer was developed. The wireless transmission and online parametric setup of measurement, real time data display and storage functions were achieved by the measuring instrument combined with Android system and Bluetooth. The wiring problem of sensors was effectively solved by wireless transmission. The pretreatment and collection of vibration signal were completed by the measuring modules with CC2540 as central control unit, which was embedded with Bluetooth modules at low power consumption and the Android system to implement the communication of fullduplex communication, to save data in TF card or in cloud hosting. The actual tests show that the instrument can be used to accurately measure the vibration acceleration signal, and can be used to accurately send and receive data through the Bluetooth modules and Android mobile phone, which is convenient, simple operation and also good in application prospect. It provides reference for development of other new types of wireless measuring instrument.
