Abstract:By taking the pendulum shear machine with above lower shear blade and rocking shear rolling motion as the research object, its planar mechanism were analyzed. The threedimensional (3D) model of shear mechanism of tilting of the shearing machine was established in the CAD series software SolidWorks, and by combined with the virtual prototype simulation ADAMS software, the model was imported to ADAMS to carry out the movement simulation to analyze the dynamic performance. The simulation results can understand the status of pendulum shear of the shearing machine, the emergence of problems reflecting shear process, and verify the shear performance of driving conditions under the good shearing machine, which lays a foundation for the research of pendulum shear machine.
