    摘要:

    以外侧开槽的螺旋槽机械密封动静环端面间的流体膜为研究对象,建立其三维的有限元周期模型,运用流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent对流场的动力特性进行数值模拟,得到液膜的压力以及开启力的分布规律,并与解析计算得出的结果进行比较,结果表明:模拟值和解析值比较吻合,从而得到合理的液膜数值模拟方法;然后以此模型为基础,数值模拟了工况参数(转速、压差、黏度)和螺旋槽参数(螺旋角、槽深)对液膜流场的泄漏量、摩擦扭矩以及动压特性和开启力的影响规律,研究结果为螺旋槽机械密封的设计提供了有益的参考。

    Abstract:

    With the fluidfilm between the faces of the static and dynamic of outside spiral groove mechanical seal as the study object, the periodic three dimensional (3D) finite element model (FEM) was set up. The flow field dynamic characteristics were simulated unmercially by Fluent of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software, then the pressure distribution law and the opening force of the fluidfilm were obtained, the results were compared with analytical an calculation ones. The results show the simulation ones are in good agreement with analytic ones, thus the method of simulating is reasonable. Then based on this model, the effectting law was numerical simulated of operating parameters (rotating speed, pressure difference, and viscosity) and spiral groove parameters (as helix angle,depth ) on the leakage,friction torque,dynamic pressure characteristics and opening force of the fluidfilm, which studies provide a useful reference for the design of spiral groove mechanical seal.
