      当燃油泵的出口压力一定时,系统中调压阀压力损失过大,会使得加油接口处的压力低于额定值,不能充分发挥压力加油的作用。针对某型飞机燃油加注系统中调压阀压力损失过高的问题,以及通过试验来优化调压阀存在耗时长、成本高等问题,采用数值仿真的方式对调压阀的内部流场进行分析。结果表明:阀口节流作用是引起压力损失的主要原因,阀内流道突变是引起压力损失的次要原因。对调压阀进行优化,优化后的调压阀能够满足加油系统的技术要求。并通过在不同开度下对优化后的调压阀进行数值仿真分析,得到其理想流量特性曲线,为实际加油系统中调压阀的应用提供理论参考。
英文摘要:
      The function of pressure refueling system does not reach its full play, because the pressure loss of pressure regulating valve is oversize and the outlet pressure of the system is below the rated value when the outlet pressure of the fuel pump is a constant. Focusing on the problem of high pressure loss from the pressure regulating valve in an aircraft fuel injection system, and the problem of optimizing the valve which was both costly and time consuming by test, the inner flow field of the valve was analyzed by numerical simulation. The results of the numerical simulation show the choking effect of the valve is the primary cause of pressure loss, and the structure mutation of inner flow field is the secondary cause. The pressure regulating valve structure was optimized and the optimized valve was satisfied the technical requirement.Finally, after the numerical simulation of the valve with different openings, the ideal flow characteristic curve of the valve was obtained. It provides a reference for the valve selection and application in practical engineering.
